Filler Masterbatch Features:

Filler Masterbatches is compounded of high quality filler, polymer resin and other additive agents by twin-screw machine. Filler Masterbatch is a resin (PE, PP, ABS, PS,....)  based master batch containing calcium carbonate. It is white with excellent dispensability. It is widely used in the plastic industry (blow film, blow molding, injection molding, wire drawing, bag molding, slip casting, dyeing, extrusion molding) to reduce the production cost and improve the character of final products.

Applications:

- PP Flat yarn extrusion.

- PP strapping band.

- PP injection molding, blow molding, extrusion molding.

- FILM BLOWING-LLDPE,LDPE,HDPE Film Packing

- Shopping bag, Garbage bag and other plastic film

- Can be use in PE household goods, cable…

Processing suggestions:

-The processing temperature is set according to resin’s processing temperature and it applies well among 220 ± 40⁰ C

 Package, Transportation and Storage

 –   PE, PK or PP heavy – duty bag, 25kgs/bag.

–   Note to avoid moisture, isolation and breakage in transportation.
